DreamCode Hub Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 25.08.2026

Website: hub.dreamcode-interactive.site
DreamCode Hub may provide:
- digital games;
- downloadable software;
- game licences;
- game updates;
- game libraries;
- account management;
- access to purchased digital products;
- other digital products or services.
2. Relationship with the general Terms
These Terms form part of the DreamCode Interactive Terms of Service.
By purchasing or using a product through DreamCode Hub, you agree to both these Terms and the general DreamCode Terms of Service.
3. Account requirement
Certain purchases or features may require a DreamCode account.
You must provide accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
4. Product information
We attempt to provide accurate information about products.
Product pages may include:
- title;
- description;
- screenshots;
- system requirements;
- supported platforms;
- file size;
- release information;
- pricing;
- availability;
- other relevant information.
Minor visual or technical differences do not necessarily constitute a defect.
5. Purchasing a game
When you purchase a game through Hub, you are purchasing the applicable digital product or licence described at checkout.
A purchase does not transfer ownership of:
- source code;
- copyright;
- trademarks;
- artwork;
- music;
- other intellectual property.
6. Paddle
Payments are processed through Paddle.
Paddle may act as Merchant of Record for applicable purchases.
Paddle may process payment information, transaction information, taxes, refunds, fraud prevention and related matters.
7. Price
The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to the purchase, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.
Prices may change at any time for future purchases.
8. Taxes
Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected through Paddle according to the customer's location and applicable law.
9. Delivery
Digital products may be delivered through:
- account access;
- download;
- activation;
- a game library;
- another digital delivery mechanism.
Delivery may begin immediately after purchase where technically possible.
10. Digital-content consent
Where applicable, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge the effect that beginning delivery may have on your statutory withdrawal rights.
The consent must be a positive action and not merely acceptance of general Terms where the law requires separate express consent. EU guidance specifically distinguishes express consent from simply accepting general terms or using a pre-ticked box. (EUR-Lex reference)
11. Game availability
We may remove a game from sale.
We may also discontinue future purchases of a game.
Where you have already purchased a game, your rights will depend on the applicable licence, contract and mandatory consumer law.
12. Library access
Your game library may contain:
- purchased games;
- free games;
- promotional products;
- licences;
- cloud-access entitlements;
- other digital items.
An entry in your library does not necessarily mean that a game will remain available forever through every DreamCode service.
13. Downloads
You are responsible for:
- sufficient storage;
- compatible hardware;
- compatible software;
- internet access;
- installing required updates.
Download speeds and availability may depend on your network and third-party infrastructure.
14. Updates
Games may require updates.
Updates may contain:
- bug fixes;
- security improvements;
- new features;
- compatibility changes;
- balance changes;
- content changes.
15. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the DreamCode Refund Policy.
Paddle's applicable transaction policies also apply to transactions for which Paddle acts as Merchant of Record.
Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
16. Defective digital products
If a purchased digital product is defective, unavailable, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to conform to applicable legal requirements, contact us.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include:
- repair or correction;
- replacement;
- price reduction;
- termination/refund.
EU rules provide consumer remedies for lack of conformity of digital content and digital services. (EUR-Lex reference)
17. Prohibited activity
You must not:
- redistribute purchased games without permission;
- sell or sublicense your account;
- circumvent DRM or access controls where prohibited by law;
- attack our servers;
- manipulate purchases;
- abuse refunds;
- use stolen payment information;
- interfere with the Hub service.
18. Fraud and chargebacks
We may investigate suspicious transactions.
If a payment is reversed through an unauthorised or fraudulent chargeback, access to the associated product may be suspended while the matter is investigated.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising lawful payment or consumer rights.
19. Promotions
DreamCode may offer:
- discounts;
- free games;
- promotional codes;
- limited-time offers;
- bundles.
Promotional conditions may apply.
20. Discontinuation
