We're always interested in meeting people who want to make games, experiment with ideas, learn new skills, and contribute to real projects.

Game Developer
Help build and improve our games, gameplay systems, tools, and technical infrastructure. Areas may include:
- Gameplay programming
- Systems programming
- UI implementation
- Tools and pipelines
- Bug fixing and optimization
Game Designer
Help turn ideas into playable experiences. Areas may include:
- Gameplay mechanics
- Level design
- Balancing
- Game systems
- Player experience
- Prototyping
2D Artist
Help define the visual identity of Dreamcode games. Areas may include:
- Game artwork
- UI assets
- Promotional artwork
- Icons
- Concept development
3D Artist
Help create environments, objects, characters, and other three-dimensional assets when a project requires them. This can include:
- Character modeling and rigging
- Environment and prop modeling
- Texturing and material creation
- Lighting and rendering
UI / UX Designer
Help make our games and digital products intuitive, clear, and enjoyable to use. This can include both in-game interfaces and products such as Dreamcode Hub. Responsibilities can include:
- Wireframing and prototyping
- Menu and HUD design
- User flow optimization
- Accessibility improvements
Sound Designer / Composer
Help create the sounds and music that bring our games to life. This can include:
- Original music composition
- Sound effects creation
- Audio mixing and mastering
- Implementation of audio assets
QA Tester
Help us find bugs, usability problems, edge cases, and things that simply don't feel right. This can include:
- Playtesting new builds
- Documenting and reproducing bugs
- Verifying bug fixes
- Providing gameplay feedback
Community & Social
Help us communicate with players and grow the Dreamcode community. This can include:
- Social media
- Community moderation
- Content creation
- Announcements
- Community events

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer opportunities depend on our current projects and available positions. Before you start, we'll clearly explain the conditions of the opportunity, including:

Volunteer Agreement
We provide a mock volunteer agreement so prospective volunteers can see the type of conditions and expectations involved before applying. The document covers topics such as responsibilities, time commitment, confidentiality, portfolio use, intellectual property, compensation, and ending the volunteer arrangement.
